Levi’s 19-Day Adventure 🎯🐾

Levi was enjoying some supervised outdoor time in a harness when a sudden scare from a neighbor spooked him. In a panic, he clawed his way out of his owner's grip—and even out of the harness—before bolting straight toward a nearby tree line.

We quickly placed a camera at the last known location, along with food and worn clothing items from his owner. That very night, we got a sighting on the camera. I brought over a humane trap and showed his owner how to use it properly.

For several nights, they stayed up watching the camera feed—waiting and hoping—but there were no signs of Levi. I was just about ready to pull the trap, thinking he may have moved on. Thankfully, I didn’t.

Levi eventually returned—and this time, he walked right into the trap! His owners saw the alert, rushed over, and were able to bring him safely inside.

He was missing for approximately 19 days, but thanks to persistence, patience, and teamwork, Levi made it home. 💛
